In memory of Jacqueline Eve Albertine.

I wrote “Closer Away” when I lost my sister in a sudden accident in 2018. This song has been through some changes along the way, but, finally, I feel it's ready.

Our family and friends will recognize many of the images -- including some that they’ve created. This was really written for them. I've chosen to share it more widely because so many people I know have lost loved ones over the last few years.

I'm honestly not sure how I'd get through without music.
